Description

To support healthcare operations, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will review grievance and appeals documents, accurately classify disputes, and manage member information across multiple client systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.<br />Key responsibilities<br /><br />Review and assess incoming grievance and appeals documents for completeness and relevance<br />Accurately classify dispute types and assign the correct Line of Business based on client guidelines<br />Enter and normalize data into internal systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards<br />Required qualifications<br /><br />High school diploma or equivalent<br />Experience in customer service or data entry roles<br />Familiarity with healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance<br />Proficiency in using multiple client systems and data entry platforms<br />Ability to work Monday-Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST with potential for overtime<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
