Marketing Graphic Designer

Hooked CRM is hiring a<br /><br />Graphic Designer / Product Designer<br /><br />to help shape the visual direction of our SaaS platform, marketing campaigns, product demos, website experiences, and overall brand.<br /><br />This role will work closely with our<br /><br />marketing, paid media, product, and development teams<br /><br />to ensure Hooked CRM maintains a consistent, modern, and high-quality visual identity across every customer touchpoint through brand design, product-focused creatives, UI concepts, motion graphics, and videos.<br /><br />We want someone who can understand the product, our users, our positioning, and our growth goals, then translate those into polished creative assets that support both the brand and customer acquisition.<br /><br />Brand and Marketing Design<br /><br />Design high-quality creative assets for Hooked CRM across web, social media, paid advertising, sales materials, presentations, and other marketing channels that are consistent with our brand and allow growth.<br /><br />Develop visual concepts that clearly communicate Hooked CRM's features, value proposition, and product experience across different formats, channels, and audience segments.<br /><br />Create campaign-specific graphics in collaboration with our performance marketing team.<br /><br />Maintain consistency across typography, layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, color usage, and overall brand presentation.<br /><br />Motion Graphics &amp; Video<br /><br />Create motion graphics, product animations, and visual explainers for marketing and product education.<br /><br />Produce and edit short-form and long-form product demo videos, feature walkthroughs, software tutorials, and sales enablement content for marketing, advertising, product education, and social channels.<br /><br />Work with internal teams to turn product updates and feature releases into engaging visual content.<br /><br />Work closely with our<br /><br />performance marketing &amp; product teams<br /><br />to develop creative for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, and other channels.<br /><br />Translate campaign performance data and creative feedback into new design concepts and testing variations.<br /><br />Coordinate with developers to ensure website and product-related designs are implemented accurately.<br /><br />Work with sales and marketing teams to create visuals that support demos, presentations, outbound efforts, and customer acquisition.<br /><br />Help ensure branding remains consistent across all Hooked CRM teams and customer-facing materials.<br /><br />What We're Looking For<br /><br />Strong graphic design portfolio featuring modern, clean, product-focused work.<br /><br />High proficiency in<br /><br />Figma<br /><br />is required.<br /><br />Experience designing for<br /><br />SaaS, software, technology startups, or product-led companies<br /><br />is strongly preferred.<br /><br />Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:<br /><br />Photoshop<br /><br />Illustrator<br /><br />After Effects<br /><br />Experience creating motion graphics and product animations.<br /><br />Video editing experience, especially for software demos, product walkthroughs, tutorials, or marketing videos.<br /><br />Strong understanding of brand consistency, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and spacing.<br /><br />Ability to design for both marketing performance and overall brand quality.<br /><br />Understanding of UX/UI principles and modern SaaS product design.<br /><br />Ability to take direction, work within an established design system, and still bring new creative ideas.<br /><br />Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.<br /><br />Education and Experience<br /><br />2+ years of experience in graphic design, product design, brand design, UI design, or a related creative role.<br /><br />Experience working with SaaS, software, technology, or other product-focused companies preferred.<br /><br />Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work such as:<br /><br />SaaS product visuals<br /><br />Marketing graphics<br /><br />Paid advertising creative<br /><br />UI concepts<br /><br />Motion graphics<br /><br />Professional experience using Figma is required.<br /><br />Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.<br /><br />Motion graphics or video editing experience is strongly preferred.<br /><br />Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, UX/UI Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required for candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant experience.<br /><br />About Hooked CRM<br />Hooked CRM is a modern CRM and communications platform built for sales teams that need better calling, lead management, automation, and AI-powered workflows.<br /><br />Our platform combines CRM functionality with powerful communication and dialing capabilities designed for high-volume sales organizations.<br /><br />As Hooked CRM continues to grow, this role will have a meaningful impact on how customers experience the brand—from the first advertisement they see to the website, product demo, sales process, and platform itself.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
