Position Summary:<br />Responsible for providing either telephonic or written support to ensure all activities including those that contribute to the satisfaction and retention of customers.<br /><br />Essential Functions of the job include, but are not limited to:<br /><br />Resolve escalated phone or written inquiries<br /><br />Make outbound follow up calls or written correspondence<br /><br />Complete assigned correspondence<br /><br />Handle all stock transfer lines<br /><br />Additional responsibilities as assigned<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications:<br /><br />Enhanced verbal communication and/or writing skills<br /><br />Good Computer Skills<br /><br />Team Oriented<br /><br />HS graduate or equivalent work experience<br /><br />Proficient with MS Office and preferably Google Suite<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
