Description
Overview North West with some travel to London, mainly remote. Manchester/Liverpool/Remote locations in scope. Data Centre Exit/cloud migration and CRM projects are part of the embedding transformation agenda within a major retail financial services organisation.<br />Responsibilities Review and map processes and applications within the customer journey, overlay business activity and existing/desired resources, and identify opportunities to further automate.<br />As a member of the agile delivery team, produce user stories for system enhancements.<br />Demonstrate a successful track record of delivering business and technology change with a focus on gap analysis, complex process mapping, and eliciting information from senior stakeholders and operations personnel.<br />Communicate clearly and concisely at all levels and work effectively with limited supervision in ambiguous environments.<br />Qualifications / Skills Experienced Business Analyst able to evidence delivery of business and technology change.<br />Expertise in gap analysis, process mapping, elicitation, and stakeholder engagement.<br />Strong communication skills across senior and operational levels; able to operate with limited direct management in ambiguity.<br />Contract Details Contract duration: initially 8 months.<br />Location: predominantly home based with occasional travel to UK office locations (Manchester/Liverpool/Leeds/Remote).<br />Rate: c£550 per day outside IR35.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
