Sales Customer Service Representative

Creating sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team, the full-time Sales Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding the reverse mortgage program, making over 100 dials per day and meeting production metrics in a remote environment.<br />Key responsibilities<br /><br />Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to generate interest in the reverse mortgage program<br />Qualify customers based on program guidelines and transfer qualified leads to the sales team<br />Update the Sales CRM with transaction notes and create follow-up appointments<br /><br />Required qualifications<br /><br />Basic computer skills, including MS Office and soft phone usage<br />Customer service experience with a basic understanding of reverse mortgage products<br />Knowledge of the mortgage industry<br />Bilingual skills are a plus<br />Organized and performance-driven with excellent communication skills
