As a CCM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CCM applications such as SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer communication processes and ensure the delivery of personalized and engaging communications.<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications to meet business requirements.<br />Data Transformation: Perform data transformation tasks, including but not limited to, data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations to extract, manipulate, and format data for use in customer communications.<br />Template Design: Create and modify templates and layouts for customer communications, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines.<br />Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases for seamless data exchange.<br />Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CCM solutions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer communications.<br />Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.<br />Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise to improve customer communication strategies.<br />Training: Provide training and support to end-users on CCM applications and best practices.<br />Qualifications:<br />Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br />Proven experience in developing CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications.<br />Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.<br />Proficiency in XML and data transformation.<br />Familiarity with Microsoft Word for template design and document generation.<br />Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br />Effective communication and teamwork abilities.<br />Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.<br />Preferred Skills:<br />Certification in SmartCOMM, xPression, or Thunderhead CCM applications.<br />Experience with other CCM tools or platforms.<br />Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript).<br />Understanding of document composition and variable data printing.<br />How to Apply:<br />If you are a motivated CCM Developer with the skills and experience required to excel in this role, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a strong fit for this position.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
