Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.Job title:Recruitment CoordinatorJob Description:What you’ll be doing:Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journeyProviding an exceptional candidate experienceAttending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careersWorking with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the ArmyManaging relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersUsing the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidatesEssential qualifications/skills/experienceExperience of providing excellent Customer ServiceAbility to build relationships and a rapport with candidatesIT Literate using Microsoft Office SuiteDesirable qualifications/skills/experienceFamiliarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantageAbout Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP):At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we’re transforming the British Army’s recruitment service.
