In this dynamic role, you will help guide customers through their auto body repair journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br /><br />Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br /><br />Assist customers with the repair process, including estimates, timelines, and insurance claims.<br /><br />Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.<br /><br />Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates on vehicle repairs.<br /><br />Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information and support as needed.<br /><br />Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.<br /><br />Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for customers.<br /><br />Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and service improvements.<br /><br />Requirements:<br /><br />High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.<br /><br />Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or repair industry.<br /><br />Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br /><br />Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.<br /><br />Familiarity with auto body repair processes is a plus.<br /><br />Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.<br /><br />Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br /><br />Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.<br /><br />About Us:<br />Ryans Auto Body has been serving the Ocean, NJ community for over 40 years, providing top-notch auto body repair services.
