Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!<br /><br />Why you'll love this job<br /><br />This job is a member of the Financial Planning &amp; Analysis team within the Finance Division<br /><br />Responsible for driving financial analysis of strategic projects along with evaluating industry trends and competitive results<br /><br />What you'll do<br /><br />Identifies opportunities for financial and operational improvement and leads cross-departmental teams to initiate change<br /><br />Provides industry benchmarking reporting and analysis<br /><br />Provides ad hoc support to various Commercial and Finance groups, often working as an internal consultant<br /><br />Maintains a comprehensive database of industry financial results, and delivers competitive insights that assist management in developing or altering strategic and financial objectives<br /><br />Assists in development of executive and Board level presentation materials<br /><br />Maintains a positive relationship with internal finance, commercial, and operational groups to provide analytical insights and support strategic decisions across business units<br /><br />All you'll need for success<br />Minimum Qualifications - Education &amp; Prior Job Experience<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training<br /><br />Previous strategic financial analysis experience creating or working on complex models<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications - Education &amp; Prior Job Experience<br /><br />Master of Business Administration<br /><br />Prior experience within airline industry with experience in Commercial, Operations, and/or Finance<br /><br />Skills, Licenses &amp; Certifications<br /><br />Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership skills<br /><br />Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a variety of demanding situations<br /><br />Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues using an analytical framework, and develop creative solutions to business challenges<br /><br />Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, with financial modeling and analysis experience<br /><br />Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint<br /><br />Knowledge of SQL and Access skills<br /><br />What you'll get<br /><br />Travel Perks: You, your family and your friends can reach 365 destinations on more than 6,800 daily flights across our global network.<br /><br />Health Benefits: On day one, you’ll have access to your health, dental, prescription and vision benefits to help you stay well.
