Retail Customer Service Representative

Providing comprehensive customer service and order management, the part-time Retail Customer Service Representative will communicate with clients' customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve concerns while supporting warranty claims and navigating the global marketplace.<br />Key responsibilities<br /><br />Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email<br />Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking<br />Provide warranty support and process warranty claims<br /><br />Required qualifications<br /><br />Must have a High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent<br />Must be at least 18 years of age<br />Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level and complete an English assessment<br />Must be willing to complete a typing test (25 wpm)<br />Sales experience is highly preferred
