About The Job<br />At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.<br /><br />Location: Remote<br /><br />Organization<br /><br />Organization:<br /><br />Alignerr<br /><br />Position:<br /><br />Business Analyst (Spanish)<br /><br />Type:<br /><br />Hourly Contract<br /><br />Compensation:<br /><br />$40–$80 /hour<br /><br />Location:<br /><br />Remote<br /><br />Commitment:<br /><br />10–40 hours/week<br /><br />What You’ll Do<br /><br />Collaborate with and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts/Content Specialists.<br /><br />Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.<br /><br />Conduct QA reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiency.<br /><br />Provide performance feedback, training, and career development.<br /><br />Act as the primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updates.<br /><br />Guide creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content (finance, policy, e-commerce, etc.) in Spanish and English.<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
