Description

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the development and delivery of technical products within an Agile environment.<br /><br />This role involves managing and refining product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of product features that meet customer and business needs.<br /><br />The position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, ranging from junior to senior, and requires strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Review internal systems and platforms and recommend enhancements, feature updates, and bug fixes<br /><br />Manage and refine the product backlog, including writing and prioritizing user stories<br /><br />Facilitate Agile Scrum processes, remove impediments, and support delivery of sprint goals and objectives<br /><br />Research market trends and create product requirements documentation<br /><br />Develop understanding of industry standards, technologies, and integration best practices<br /><br />Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to support product implementation<br /><br />Work with QA and project management teams to support acceptance testing and release processesAssist in developing user guides, training materials, and training schedules for stakeholders<br /><br />Participate in planning future product enhancements and releases<br /><br />Analyze product performance and user metrics post-release to identify improvement opportunities<br /><br />Build relationships across teams to support product delivery and alignment with business strategies<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />Experience working in Agile environments (minimum 2 years for mid-level roles)<br /><br />Experience as a Product Owner or supporting product backlog management and user story creation<br /><br />Experience delivering product features and capabilities<br /><br />Experience working with AWS and integration technologies such as API management<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)<br /><br />Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile Scrum<br /><br />Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence<br /><br />Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills<br /><br />Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills<br /><br />Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrixed environment<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Experience working with third-party APIs and open-source components<br /><br />Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product decisions<br /><br />Experience managing or supporting a product or service end-to-end<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
