Cranial Technologies<br /><br />is the only company worldwide entirely focused on researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome), serving over 300,000 infants and families each year.<br /><br />About the Role<br />As a Clinical Sales Representative you will be the face of Cranial Technologies in your territory, building strong relationships with pediatric practices and advocating for the life‑changing benefits of DOC Band® for treating plagiocephaly and EarWell® for correcting infant ear shapes.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Engage with pediatricians and practice staff, providing insights on diagnosing and managing plagiocephaly and sharing the benefits of Cranial Technologies’ DOC Band® and EarWell®.<br /><br />Conduct in‑service presentations for all levels of practice staff—from pediatricians to referral coordinators—fostering a thorough understanding of our services and outcomes.<br /><br />Build and manage a territory, strategically managing relationships and driving patient referrals to Cranial Technologies clinics.<br /><br />Leverage data to manage and prioritize healthcare provider accounts efficiently and effectively.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor’s Degree.<br /><br />1+ year of successful B2B, outside sales experience; medical or referral‑based sales experience is a plus.<br /><br />Self‑starter with strong initiative and independence in building and managing your own territory.<br /><br />Quick learner, able to absorb new information quickly and apply it in diverse situations.<br /><br />Professionalism—represent Cranial Technologies with integrity and commitment.<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />Highly attainable, uncapped monthly compensation plan with potential earnings over $110,000 per year (including a $10,000 sign‑on bonus).<br /><br />Two‑month variable compensation guarantee during the initial period.<br /><br />Company‑provided car with fuel card and expense coverage.<br /><br />Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance.<br /><br />401(k) with company match.<br /><br />3.5 weeks paid time off plus 7 company paid holidays.<br /><br />Life insurance and short/long‑term disability insurance.<br /><br />Company‑provided laptop and cell phone.<br /><br />Required<br /><br />State‑issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA‑accepted travel documentation required by the start date.<br /><br />Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship for any employment visa is not available at this time.<br /><br />Equal Employment Opportunity Statement<br />We do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.
