We are seeking a skilled designer to work on projects at a variety of scales and market sectors. The position will offer the candidate opportunities to grow within the firm and exposure to an innovative and highly creative environment.<br /><br />In your new role, you will:<br /><br />Lead the interior design work of projects in pursuit of design excellence<br />Lead high-energy, collaborative team and projects<br />Provide mentoring and guidance to team members<br />Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously<br />Develop and implement overall design concepts and finish palettes through all phases of design<br />What you will need to succeed:<br />8-10 years of professional experience in Interior Design<br />Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or Architecture degree<br />Proven client leadership<br />Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills<br />Strong verbal and graphic communication skills<br />Revit capability<br />Revit/Enscape rendering skills a plus<br />Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino and/or 3DS Max<br />Develop and implement overall design concepts through all phases of design<br />Depth of experience with selecting, and specifying materials and finishes<br />Creation of presentation decks and materials<br />Experience with furniture selection and specification<br />Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment<br />Desire to help drive innovative design solutions<br />Lab design experience a plus<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
