You’ll engage with physicians, case managers, nurse practitioners, and administrators across post-acute care settings to promote services that make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives. This is a mission-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, clinical education, and strategic selling.<br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Territory Growth:<br /><br />Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to build referral networks and meet/exceed revenue goals.<br />Client Engagement:<br /><br />Cultivate relationships with SNFs, home health agencies, and specialty clinics by promoting mobile wound care capabilities, including bedside debridement, wound VACs, and hyperbaric therapy.<br />Presentations & Education:<br /><br />Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations to clinical stakeholders, driving awareness and trust.<br />Clinical Liaison:<br /><br />Act as a consultative partner to providers, addressing questions, sharing outcome data, and guiding integration into care pathways.<br />Market Intelligence:<br /><br />Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, payer shifts, and regulatory changes impacting care delivery.<br />Cross-Functional Collaboration:<br /><br />Coordinate closely with clinical operations, onboarding, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless provider experience.<br />Post-Sale Support:<br /><br />Assist with account activation, provider onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).<br />4+ years of experience in healthcare sales, ideally within mobile wound care, post-acute, or specialty clinical services.<br />Experience navigating SNFs, home health, or physician group networks.<br />Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and growing regional business.<br />Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex clinical offerings.<br />Familiarity with CRM systems and standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).<br />Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.<br />Bonus Qualifications<br /><br />Experience selling peptides or wellness-enhancing products.<br />Knowledge of billing models, value-based care, or hospital-at-home programs.<br />Work Environment & Physical Demands<br /><br />Field-based role with regular travel to healthcare provider sites.<br />Occasional evenings or weekends for events or provider meetings.<br />Requires carrying marketing materials and product samples (up to 25 lbs).<br />Seniority level<br /><br />Mid-Senior level<br />Employment type<br /><br />Full-time<br />Job function<br /><br />Hospitals and Health Care<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
