Customer Service Representative — Remote<br /><br />Full-Time<br />Starting at $12/hour · Pay increases tied to skill advancement<br />About the Role<br /><br />We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and can keep up in a fast-moving environment. No prior call center experience required — we hire based on attitude and trainability, and we'll teach you the rest.<br />What You'll Do<br /><br />Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate.<br />Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between.<br />After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking.<br />What You Bring<br /><br />Clear, professional communication — on the phone and in writing<br />Comfort staying organized and focused during a steady stream of contacts<br />A problem-solving approach and patience with customers who need help<br />Your own computer and reliable internet connection (equipment is not provided)<br />Schedule<br /><br />Full-time schedules are assigned as shift bags. This means your days off are static and remain the same each week, but your shift start time may vary by up to 2 hours depending on the day.<br />During the application process, you’ll complete an availability form. We do our best to match schedules to your preferences, though final schedules are based on business need.<br />Pay &amp; Growth<br /><br />Starting at $12/hour. Your rate increases each time you complete a new skill level — your first opportunity comes at 45 days. We promote from within when opportunities come up — many of our team members have grown into other areas of the business over time.<br />The Remote Setup<br /><br />This is a fully remote role.
