Cost Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Recovery Analyst to support billing, claims administration, collections, and financial recovery efforts related to third-party damage to telecommunications infrastructure. This role is responsible for investigating incidents, determining liability, preparing recovery documentation, managing billing and collections activities, and driving successful cost recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Investigate third-party damage incidents, determine liability, and identify cost recovery opportunities.<br />Calculate recoverable costs and prepare complete claim documentation and recovery packages.<br />Manage customer billing setup, invoicing, account maintenance, and billing updates.<br />Monitor accounts receivable, conduct collections activities, and resolve billing disputes.<br />Prepare reports, reconciliations, and recovery analyses to support business objectives.<br />Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful recovery outcomes.<br />Meet departmental performance goals while maintaining accurate records and professional customer interactions.<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, claims administration, cost recovery, customer operations, or financial analysis.<br />Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.<br />Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.<br />Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br />Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
