Idaho, USA<br /><br />Job Description<br />Summary:<br /><br />Responsible for assisting and servicing customers on the phone and online by preparing and entering customer orders for warehouse processing.<br /><br />Duties:<br /><br />Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.<br /><br />Answer customer product questions using product knowledge and catalogue.<br /><br />Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers.<br /><br />Watch fax, email and other digital mediums for incoming orders.<br /><br />Be familiar with customer special requirements.<br /><br />Enter customer order data into computer system.<br /><br />Solicit sales of new or additional services.<br /><br />Prepare customer reports.<br /><br />Prepare orders for warehouse processing.<br /><br />Maintain files for order-related paperwork in an organized manner.<br /><br />Address customer complaints or elevate if necessary.<br /><br />Process refund requests when appropriate.<br /><br />Other duties as assigned.<br /><br />Education and Qualifications:<br /><br />High school diploma or general education degree (GED).<br /><br />6 months to 1 year of related job experience preferred.<br /><br />Experience working in call center required.<br /><br />Physical Demands:<br /><br />While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
