Position Overview<br />The HEAT Group is seeking a creative, culturally plugged-in Digital Arena Marketing Specialist to drive the social media presence and event-day marketing strategy for Kaseya Center. This role is the daily voice of one of the country's premier live entertainment venues, creating content that moves fans, drives ticket sales, and puts Kaseya Center on the map for every major concert and event. You will represent Billboard Magazine's 2026 Top East Coast Arena to a global audience of concert‑goers and event fans, capturing moments, building community, and telling the Kaseya Center story every day.<br /><br />Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br /><br />Own the daily content calendar for Kaseya Center social media: ideating, creating, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.<br /><br />Serve as the on‑the‑ground content creator at concerts and events, capturing real‑time moments that drive engagement and attendance.<br /><br />Develop and execute fan engagement activations, onsite and offsite, that deepen the event‑day experience and support lead generation goals.<br /><br />Support artist hospitality coordination to elevate the backstage experience and build relationships that benefit the venue's reputation.<br /><br />Showcase Kaseya Center food, beverage, and in‑venue experiences through compelling content that drives on‑site spend and shareability.<br /><br />Partner with the Content and Creative Services teams to ensure all Kaseya Center output is on‑brand, consistent, and aligned with the broader HEAT Group voice.<br /><br />Partner with the Senior Manager of Arena Marketing to support all show and event announcements, presales and onsales.<br /><br />Organize all announcement and onsale timelines, supporting the Arena Enterprise team in staying up to date on all dates and information.<br /><br />Operate independently in driving day‑to‑day content and marketing efforts for Kaseya Center, with support available from the broader social media team as needed.<br /><br />Collaborate with the web team to surface event‑related content opportunities and updates for KaseyaCenter.com.<br /><br />Other duties assigned by the Director of Social & Digital Strategy.<br /><br />Desired Qualifications<br />To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.<br /><br />Education and/or Experience<br />Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or 2–3 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or live entertainment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hands‑on experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
