Overview<br /><br />We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic<br /><br />Remote eCommerce Sales & Customer Service Representative<br /><br />to join our growing team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless online shopping experience while supporting both sales and post-purchase customer needs. If you enjoy helping customers, closing sales, and working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment — all from a remote setting — we’d love to hear from you.<br />Primary Responsibilities<br /><br />Customer Assistance & Sales Support:<br /><br />Guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions, actively supporting sales and conversions.<br />Multi-Channel Communication:<br /><br />Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding products, orders, pricing, and general questions.<br />Order Management:<br /><br />Create, verify, and qualify new orders accurately using our POS system.<br />Order Tracking & Follow-Up:<br /><br />Monitor order status and provide proactive updates to customers.<br />Lead & Ticket Management:<br /><br />Manage sales leads and customer requests using Zendesk.<br />Claims & Issue Resolution:<br /><br />Handle claims, concerns, and service issues professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.<br />Qualifications & Skills<br /><br />Sales Experience:<br /><br />Prior sales experience is<br /><br />preferred , particularly in eCommerce, furniture, or home-goods environments.<br />Customer Service Experience:<br /><br />Proven ability to deliver excellent customer support in an online or retail setting.<br />Technical Skills:<br /><br />Familiarity with<br /><br />Google Workspace, Zendesk, FedEx Manager, and UPS Manager<br /><br />is highly desirable.<br />Remote Work Readiness:<br /><br />Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.<br />Initiative & Ownership:<br /><br />Strong ability to take ownership of tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.<br />Communication & Collaboration:<br /><br />Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.<br />What We Offer<br /><br />Fully remote position.<br />Supportive, collaborative team environment.<br />Opportunity for growth within a stable and expanding eCommerce business.<br />Join our team and help create an outstanding online shopping experience while contributing to sales success.<br /><br />Apply today!<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
