In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill!<br /><br />What We Offer<br /><br />Pay range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually with monthly commissions<br /><br />Average first year earning potential: $45,000+<br /><br />Dental and Vision Insurance<br /><br />All inbound sales leads – NO COLD CALLING!<br /><br />Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with alternating Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm<br /><br />What You’ll Do<br />This is a great role for those who are self-starters, goal oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days look the same!<br /><br />Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service<br /><br />Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services<br /><br />Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations<br /><br />Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate<br /><br />Makes recommendations according to customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications<br /><br />Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and oppose any customer objections<br /><br />Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction<br /><br />All other duties as assigned<br /><br />Contribute to the success of the TEAM<br /><br />Be Your Best and Have Fun!<br /><br />Who We’re Looking For<br />Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.<br /><br />Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving ability<br /><br />Professional attitude and demeanor with an optimistic outlook on life<br /><br />Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills<br /><br />High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.<br /><br />Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities<br /><br />A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred<br /><br />Computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs<br /><br />Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
