Assist the field sales team with customer service requests. Work closely with our manufacturing and scheduling operations to ensure timely delivery of products to end users. Also assist our customer service team to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Order Processing of customer orders<br /><br />Assist customers with any questions and/or issues<br /><br />Serve as a backup for other CSR product lines as needed<br /><br />Identify, research, and resolve issues in JDE<br /><br />Provide customs invoices for international shipments<br /><br />Generate daily/weekly reports<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />High School Diploma or GED<br /><br />3+ years of experience in customer service<br /><br />3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Experience using JDE, Lotus Notes, Salesforce<br /><br />Extremely detail oriented<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
