This position focuses on consistent account resolution, excellent consumer communication, and strict compliance with all regulations.<br /><br />Pay Structure:<br /><br />Competitive hourly base pay<br /><br />Modest performance incentives and bonuses<br /><br />Paid training provided<br /><br />Stable income with predictable earnings<br /><br />Growth opportunities specialty roles<br /><br />Schedule:<br /><br />Full-time<br /><br />Monday–Thursday 7 AM- 4 PM Friday 7 AM- 12PM<br /><br />Consistent daytime schedule<br /><br />No overnight shifts or weekends<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br /><br />Communicate with consumers regarding unpaid accounts respectfully and professionally<br /><br />Accept and post payments accurately<br /><br />Explain account balances, payment options, and next steps<br /><br />Conduct follow-ups according to company procedures<br /><br />Maintain complete and accurate account records<br /><br />Escalate accounts appropriately when further action is authorized<br /><br />Qualifications:<br /><br />Experience in collections, billing, customer service, or related fields preferred<br /><br />Strong listening skills and attention to detail<br /><br />Ability to manage multiple tasks while following structured procedures<br /><br />Professional communication skills<br /><br />Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers<br /><br />Excellent verbal, typing skills and written communication skills are a must<br /><br />Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment<br /><br />Compliance Standards:<br /><br />All collection efforts must comply with the FDCPA, state laws, and internal policies<br /><br />Representatives are expected to always maintain professionalism and transparency<br /><br />Ongoing compliance training and call monitoring provided<br /><br />Midwest Fidelity Services LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
