Senior System Analyst

Lead Systems Analyst<br /><br />Lead Systems Analyst will be expected to collaborate with the business and technical team to anticipate and communicate product needs and requirements. You will have an opportunity to work with a dedicated and diverse teams including programmers, testers, business product owners and architects to identify and propose solutions to complex business problems. You will also have an opportunity to problem-solve.<br />What Will You Do?<br /><br />Perform analysis and documentation of business and system interactions.<br />Design technical solutions to business issues and work with the Application Development team to implement those solutions.<br />Be involved in all phases of the SDLC, including Requirements Definition and Documentation, Systems Analysis and Design, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and Deployment Coordination, Bulk Testing (toad, etc.)<br />Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.<br />Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems, and develop data dictionary.<br />Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.<br />Identify candidate business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes.<br />Facilitate processes for the team and vendors to ensure they are meeting clients IT policy and procedures.<br />Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.<br />Your experience should include:<br />5+ years related industry experience - healthcare insurance industry<br />Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications.<br /><br />
