Temporary Customer Service Representative<br />Remote, USA<br /><br />THE ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE<br />KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br /><br />Provide world-class service to OLLY’s customers. Efficient and comprehensive communication with customer/retailers regarding<br /><br />inquiries, problem resolutions, etc.<br /><br />Support and work cross functionally with Sales team, Finance and rest of Olly’s supply chain<br /><br />Process and efficiently manage full cycle of customer orders through EDI and Microsoft D365 (ERP). Be able to troubleshoot ad<br /><br />hoc issues that arise<br /><br />Work with 3PL to efficiently manage finished goods inventory to maintain successful fulfillment levels for customer orders<br /><br />Assist with customer and item data setup<br /><br />Assist with Bills of Materials, managing UPCs creations, complete customer specific datahubs (Salsify).<br /><br />Work with the S&amp;OP Manager on identifying orders at risk for “cuts” and manage allocations. Monitor open orders, available<br /><br />inventory, aged inventory regularly and as dictated by business needs<br /><br />Facilitate new customer onboarding by completing “new item” requests, obtaining Routing Guides, and providing timely updates<br /><br />and reports<br /><br />Pull together metrics and appropriate KPIs to be able to track customer service related performance<br /><br />CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED<br /><br />1-5 years experience in customer service, CPG experience preferred, inventory management preferred<br /><br />Strong business acumen and a basic understanding of warehouse, inventory and logistics<br /><br />Proactive problem-solving approach: ability to anticipate problems before they occur and take initiative to identify and solve<br /><br />problems when they occur<br /><br />Transparent, open/honest communicator – great listener who can read between the lines<br /><br />Fast learner, can react to changing environment, strong communication and organization<br /><br />Strong excel skills and math skills<br /><br />Highly organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated<br /><br />THE DETAILS<br />LOCATION: Remote, USA<br /><br />HOURS: Full Time (40 hours a week) , 5 months , Contract<br /><br />MANAGER: Customer Service Manager<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.<br /><br />As set forth in OLLY’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy,we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
