We are looking to hire a key member of our Finance team at offices in Jacksonville, Florida.<br /><br />The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial support to Kraton's management teams by ensuring best-in-class financial processes and financial reporting is provided to key internal and external stakeholders; compliance with the required International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); driving Kraton’s ability to report reliable and accurate information about the business; and partnering with the commercial and operating teams to derive shareholder value.<br /><br />We’re proud to offer benefits that meaningfully support you—at work, at home, and everywhere in between.<br /><br />Some of the benefits offered are:<br /><br />Medical Insurance, including TeleDoc - multiple plans available with Flexible Spending Account &amp; Health Savings Account options<br /><br />Health Advocate – free support to help you understand your coverage and answer questions<br /><br />Life Insurance – base coverage paid for by Kraton with option for additional coverage<br /><br />401k – Kraton provides matching contributions based on enrollment level<br /><br />Employee Assistance Program – provided at no cost to employees<br /><br />Accident, Disability, and Critical Illness Insurance<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Support in the preparation of budgets, operating plans, forecasts, and investment strategies for Supply Chain<br /><br />Build and maintain data hygiene strategies for correct purchase order set up, input data management and building blocks for analysis; Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting &amp; analysis of the results of the company's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.<br /><br />Build and enhance reporting to provide meaningful insight into current and future performance<br /><br />Liaise directly with Segment Controllers and VP Supply Chain and Logistics for financial insight on both current period analytics as well as point of view development for forecast builds.<br /><br />Manage delivery of key reporting metrics for Kraton Pine Chemical Leadership Team.<br /><br />Perform ad hoc reports and other analyses and special projects as requested.<br /><br />Required Skills<br /><br />5 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting required.<br /><br />Knowledge of accounting policies and practices.<br /><br />Excellent problem solving skills, detailed oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.<br /><br />Strong knowledge of MS Office applications advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.<br /><br />Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.<br /><br />SAP experience (FI/COPA/BI) preferred.<br /><br />Experience with BPC a plus.<br /><br />Strong financial analysis experience and cost accounting experience is preferred.<br /><br />Ability to work in a highly automated environment and pull data and translate it into meaningful business information.<br /><br />Effective communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation with an emphasis in the English language.<br /><br />Solid judgment and decision-making skills.<br /><br />Experience working collaboratively within a matrix work environment and team structure across geographic boundaries.<br /><br />Education, Certifications &amp; Licenses<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in finance or accounting.<br /><br />Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA a plus.<br /><br />Chemical industry or manufacturing experience required.<br /><br />Kraton is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
