The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage reception operations, and support office functions with excellent customer service and administrative skills. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational abilities nd proficiency with office technology to ensure smooth daily operations across various departments.<br /><br />Duties include;- Greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner, providing excellent customer service- Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.- Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and verifying vaccinations.- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.- Utilize excel, word, and other office management software for daily tasks.- Support administrative functions such as calendar management, email correspondence, and supply inventory- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment.- Provide support for clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and document preparation.- Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and efficiency.- Perform additional office management duties as needed to facilitate efficient workflow.<br /><br />Salary starting at $20/hr<br /><br />Customer Service: 1 year preferrredPet Vaccine Knowledge: 1 year (preferred)Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)At AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
