About the job<br /><br />We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to help our clients verify their information to get approved for an installment loan. In this position, you will call or receive calls from people who applied for a loan with our company, helping the customer to understand the process, and explain how they will repay their loan back. The Representative will need to verify the customer’s financials to ensure that the client can get a loan. This requires excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills, so you should have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and account maintenance. You must ensure that all of your outbound calls are in compliance with federal regulations. Our ideal applicant has strong communication skills and proficiency in English (level B2) and experience with office software.<br />Customer Service Agent Duties and Responsibilities:<br /><br />Update customer information or ensure information on file is accurate.<br />Call individuals who applied for a loan.<br />Help clients with customer service questions.<br />De-escalate conflicts over the phone.<br />Make follow-up calls.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
