Business Analyst

Overview<br />The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving business functions, including Corporate Finance, Advisor Performance &amp; Compensation, and Advisor Onboarding. The position involves analytical work, collaboration with multiple teams, and an interest in emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Lead and support cross-functional projects related to corporate finance and advisor operations.<br /><br />Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements (user stories, process maps, controls) and convert them into specifications for engineering; manage backlog, prioritization, and acceptance criteria. Work with Technology &amp; Operations Program Management.<br /><br />Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to organize deliverables, assess risks, and keep projects on track.<br /><br />Analyze advisor performance metrics and compensation structures for strategic decision-making.<br /><br />Define onboarding workflows for new advisors, ensuring compliance and operational preparedness.<br /><br />Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.<br /><br />Support AI-related initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, data integration, and reporting.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Experience in business analysis, ideally within financial services or wealth management.<br /><br />Knowledge of corporate finance principles and advisor compensation models.<br /><br />Background in defining and implementing business workflows.<br /><br />Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.<br /><br />Capable of independent and collaborative work in a changing environment.<br /><br />Competent in documenting current and future state processes related to Company’s data ecosystem and digital experience.<br /><br />Experience with UI development, including requirements definition and design.<br /><br />Demonstrates critical thinking and an enterprise perspective.<br /><br />Familiarity with systems and tools used at the Company, such as DevOps, Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations, Alteryx, Power BI, Solver, Jaccomo.<br /><br />Culture Fit<br />Welookfor individuals who align with the organization’s values:<br /><br />Focus on quality and impact.<br /><br />Emphasis on teamwork and collaborative engagement.<br /><br />Commitment to respectful, inclusive, and shared success.<br /><br />Adherence to integrity, excellence, and client-focused service.<br /><br />Intellectual curiosity and openness to innovation.<br /><br />Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, transparent, and accountable setting.<br /><br />Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
