From creating smiles to being number #1 we want you to come join the fun!<br />The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence. The GM leads by example, follows all RPM and Domino's policies 100% of the time, and holds the team accountable to the same standards. This role drives results through people development, food safety, customer service, and financial performance.<br />KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br /><br />Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.<br />Foster a positive, high-energy culture that values accountability and teamwork.<br />Ensure compliance with all RPM, Domino's, safety, security, and health department standards.<br />Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.<br />Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.<br />Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.<br />Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.<br />Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.<br />Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.<br />Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.<br />Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.<br />Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.<br />Work a schedule of 40 plus hours a week based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.<br />QUALIFICATIONS<br /><br />AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval and good standing.<br />General Manager in Training Program completion or equivalent required.<br />Proven success in a high-volume environment.<br />Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.<br />Ability to pass background and drug screening.<br />Required food safety certification per local regulations.<br />PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<br /><br />Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.<br />Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.<br />Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.<br />Ability to work at stations 36" -48" high and reach shelves up to 72".<br />Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.<br />May be required to drive for deliveries or local marketing<br />FLSA CLASSIFICATION<br /><br />This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).<br />EEO STATEMENT<br /><br />RPM Pizza is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on any legally protected status.<br />Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job.
