Customer Service Associate<br />Scully and Scully, the prestigious Park Avenue luxury home furnishings store, is seeking a Customer Service Associate with sales experience preferred.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Accurately process daily entry of orders and perform routine order tracking through our proprietary software to ensure timely processing and shipping of customer orders.<br /><br />Provide exceptional service and correspond with customers via email and phone in a timely fashion.<br /><br />Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.<br /><br />Schedule pick‑up and delivery of items with third‑party shippers; monitor deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.<br /><br />Send and track customer sample requests as well as other administrative projects.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications<br /><br />Sales experience preferred.<br /><br />Ability to give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion.<br /><br />Excellent technical skills, including MS Office Suite and web‑browsing.<br /><br />Great organizational, verbal and interpersonal skills.<br /><br />Very detail oriented and a quick learner.<br /><br />Ability to multi‑task and prioritize.<br /><br />Benefits<br />We offer excellent salary plus commission, workplace environment and benefits (Health Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off).
