We’re looking for a<br /><br />Lead Kitchen &amp; Bath Designer<br /><br />to join our growing team.<br /><br />What You’ll Do<br /><br />Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions<br /><br />Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design<br /><br />Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance<br /><br />Participate in company training and development programs<br /><br />Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)<br /><br />Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking<br /><br />Your Experience &amp; Skills<br /><br />5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required<br /><br />Proficient in 2020 Design Software<br /><br />Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor<br /><br />Strong work ethic and attention to detail<br /><br />Construction experience preferred but not required<br /><br />Solid math and organizational skills<br /><br />Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)<br /><br />Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously<br /><br />Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude<br /><br />Ready to design beautiful spaces and grow with a fast-paced, high-performing team?<br />Compensation: $56,000.00 - $70,400.00 per year<br /><br />Cabinet IQ is an end-to-end kitchen designer and builder.
