Hospitality Interior Designer<br />We're looking for a Hospitality Interior Designer to join our team in our Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lakeland, Pensacola, or Orlando location.<br /><br />Description<br />Our Hospitality Studio is seeking an experienced, outgoing interior design professional to join our team. We bring decades of successful projects and long-term client relationships within the hospitality market and other sectors. Our interdisciplinary, collaborative, and relaxed work environment empowers team members to thrive by leveraging their expertise and creativity. This position may be based in New Orleans, Lakeland, Baton Rouge, Orlando, or Pensacola.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Attend client, planning, and construction meetings<br /><br />Coordinate with the Project Architect, Manager, Director, and external consultants<br /><br />Perform all phases of the design process, including construction administration<br /><br />Select interior finishes, furnishings, artwork, and interior signage<br /><br />Lead presentations and communicate design concepts using appropriate software<br /><br />Prepare FF&amp;E budgets, purchasing packages, and presentation materials<br /><br />Coordinate vendor and installation meetings<br /><br />Cultivate and market new clients while maintaining existing client relationships<br /><br />Collaborate with senior-level designers on complex hospitality projects<br /><br />Required Skills<br /><br />Interior Design degree from an accredited university (required)<br /><br />NCIDQ certification (required)<br /><br />5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality<br /><br />Proficiency in Bluebeam, 3D software, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office<br /><br />Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and communication skills<br /><br />Employer-paid health insurance, effective the 1st of the month after date of hire<br /><br />401(k) plan with an employer match<br /><br />Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life and AD&amp;D insurance<br /><br />Other voluntary benefits including vision, dental, accident insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and supplemental life insurance are available<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
