CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and making sure that our products are attractively displayed. The Sales Representative will also be expected to create sales goals and forecast future sales projections while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer service, as well as monitoring competitors and training staff. The Customer Service / Sales Representative is a full‑time opportunity and offers great pay, benefits as well as great growth potential. Prior experience as customer service, account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, account representative is very helpful to the success at this opportunity.<br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Make sure the store meets sales targets/goals.<br />Run promotions.<br />Manage stock levels.<br />Review all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval.<br />Analyze sales figures.<br />Create goals and sales strategies.<br />Contact all prospects daily from prior interests with RNR.<br />Forecast future sales.<br />Deal with customer service opportunities.<br />Maintain competitor sales and promotions knowledge.<br />Train store associates.<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history.<br />Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.<br />Prior experience as customer service, account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, account representative.<br />Besides these specific tasks, we are also looking for this position to quickly advance into an Assistant Manager position.
