Retail product offerings include an average of 52 fun and entertaining Scratchers® games and several draw games, including jackpot games such as Powerball®, Mega Millions®, and SuperLotto Plus® and daily games such as Fantasy 5 and Hot Spot®.<br />Job Description and Duties<br /><br />Under general direction of the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) Web & Mobile Services (WMS) Manager (Information Technology Manager I), the Senior Product Analyst serves as a lead for the California State Lottery’s (Lottery) public website and related digital technology initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for strategic planning, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the website to ensure that technology solutions effectively support business operations, digital service delivery, accessibility, security, and organizational objectives. The incumbent collaborates with business partners and technical teams to define business and technical requirements, manage product roadmaps, oversee product performance, and support the successful planning and delivery of technology initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Product Analyst leads the evaluation of current and emerging technology solutions, conducts market research, develops business and technical requirements, supports technology procurements and vendor engagements, and recommends technology solutions that align with Lottery’s strategic goals and enterprise architecture. The duties for this position are focused in the Business Technology Management and IT Project Management domains; however, work may be assigned in other domains as needed.<br />This position requires a current Information Technology Specialist II exam. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
