Make an Impact.<br /><br />Diverse Staffing is seeking a<br /><br />Bilingual Onsite Services Specialist (Spanish/English)<br /><br />to support one of our valued clients in Columbus, Indiana. This role is ideal for an energetic, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both employees and clients.<br /><br />As the primary onsite representative of Diverse Staffing, you will help drive workforce success by supporting temporary associates, partnering with client leadership, maintaining employee engagement, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Success in this role is measured through customer satisfaction, employee retention, fill rate performance, and operational excellence.<br /><br />What You'll Do<br /><br />Onsite Operations<br /><br />Serve as the primary liaison between Diverse Staffing, associates, and client leadership.<br />Provide daily onsite support for temporary employees and client operations.<br />Deliver exceptional customer service and employee support.<br />Address employee relations concerns promptly and professionally.<br />Manage attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related processes.<br />Attend production, safety, and operational meetings.<br />Staffing &amp; Employee Engagement<br /><br />Partner with recruiting teams to communicate staffing needs and support order fulfillment.<br />Assist with onboarding, engagement, retention, and workforce communication initiatives.<br />Communicate schedule changes and workforce updates to employees.<br />Support efforts to achieve customer staffing goals and fill rate expectations.<br />Risk, Safety &amp; Compliance<br /><br />Enforce safety policies and compliance standards.<br />Assist with workers' compensation documentation and injury reporting.<br />Participate in client-required safety meetings and initiatives.<br />Maintain compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.<br />Travel between customer locations and Diverse Staffing offices as needed.<br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />Fluent bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English (required).<br />High School Diploma or GED.<br />Minimum one year of experience in staffing, customer service, onsite support, workforce management, or a related field.<br />Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software applications.<br />Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.<br />Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.<br />Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.<br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Staffing industry or onsite management experience.<br />Associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br />Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and workers' compensation processes.<br />Experience with employee engagement, retention, and workforce management initiatives.<br />Benefits &amp; Perks<br /><br />Competitive salary up to<br /><br />$54,000 annually<br />Performance-based bonus opportunities<br />Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance<br />401(k) with Company Match<br />Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays<br />Professional Training and Development<br />Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities<br />Supportive Leadership Team<br />Opportunity to make a direct impact on client success and employee experience<br /><br />Why Diverse Staffing?<br /><br />At Diverse Staffing, our culture is built around our core values of<br /><br />Faith, Family, Friendships, Finances, and Fulfillment .
