That means the work matters, the team is tight, and the people who join now will have a real hand in shaping what this becomes.<br />The Role<br /><br />We're looking for a BDR who has done this before, understands the reality of great BDR work — and is ready to hit the ground running. You've made cold calls, written prospecting emails, and you know how to handle a "no" without losing momentum.<br />This isn't a training program. It's a real role with real expectations. But if you're someone who thrives on the hunt, gets better through feedback, and wants to be part of something that's still being built, there's a lot of upside here.<br />What You'll Do<br /><br />Prospect into multifamily property management companies via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn<br />Set qualified meetings for Account Executives<br />Research accounts to make outreach sharper and more relevant<br />Identify prospect pain points and assess potential fit<br />Keep HubSpot clean and activity data accurate<br />Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve execution<br />Hit weekly activity and meeting targets — and build toward bigger ones<br />Who We're Looking For<br /><br />Outbound experience<br /><br />— You've done SDR or BDR work before.<br />Grit<br /><br />— You do hard things consistently, even when it's not going your way<br />Coachability<br /><br />— You take feedback, apply it fast, and want to improve<br />Self-awareness<br /><br />— You know your strengths, own your gaps, and don't make excuses<br />Work ethic<br /><br />— You show up, stay disciplined, and bring energy to the reps every day<br />We can sharpen your product knowledge and refine your messaging.
