Business Analyst With Project Management Skills<br /><br />We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with Project Management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance, with a proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion.<br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Requirement Gathering &amp; Analysis<br /><br />Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews to elicit business and system requirements.<br />Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.<br />Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.<br /><br />Project Planning &amp; Execution<br /><br />Manage deliverables for each release.<br />Manage backlogs and continually work with Product owner and larger Project team to prioritize.<br />Ensure project scope, deliverables, and deadlines are met.<br /><br />Stakeholder Management<br /><br />Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.<br />Conduct regular status meetings and presentations to communicate progress and manage expectations.<br />Address and resolve stakeholder concerns proactively.<br /><br />Quality Assurance &amp; Testing<br /><br />Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).<br />Monitor project quality and ensure timely resolution of issues and defects.<br /><br />Skills &amp; Qualifications<br /><br />• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and project management skills will be a plus.<br />• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br />• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Kanban).<br />• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).<br />• Technical knowledge of business applications and systems.<br />• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
