This is a<br /><br />30-hour per week<br /><br />position where you will help fulfill customer orders by proactively reaching out to customers and addressing ad-hoc inquiries with empathy and urgency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers.<br />As part of a small team focused on<br /><br />Live Operations , you will ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
