We’re scaling fast, trusted by thousands of professionals worldwide, and building new products (Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop app) to reach even more users.<br /><br />We’re looking for a<br /><br />Customer Service Representative<br /><br />to support our users and make sure they have a smooth, confident experience with our products. You’ll work directly with users, help them solve issues, and act as the bridge between customers and our product team.<br /><br />What You’ll Do:<br /><br />Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (no phone support).<br /><br />Help users understand and use our web app, Chrome extension, and desktop app.<br /><br />Troubleshoot issues related to setup, billing, and product behavior.<br /><br />Clearly document bugs, edge cases, and recurring issues for the dev team.<br /><br />Improve help docs, FAQs, and internal support guides based on real user questions.<br /><br />Spot patterns in feedback and proactively suggest product improvements.<br /><br />What We’re Looking For:<br /><br />Excellent written English and clear communication skills.<br /><br />Strong problem-solving mindset and empathy for users.<br /><br />Comfort working with web apps and browser extensions.<br /><br />Ability to explain technical things in simple, human language.<br /><br />Self-organized and reliable in a fully remote environment.<br /><br />Bonus: experience in SaaS support, startups, or technical customer support.<br /><br />What We Offer:<br /><br />100% remote work with flexible hours.<br /><br />Competitive salary (depending on experience).<br /><br />Direct impact on a growing AI startup.<br /><br />Small team, fast feedback loop, no bureaucracy.<br /><br />Opportunity to grow into support ops, product, or QA roles.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
