Venteon is currently seeking a<br /><br />Financial Analyst<br /><br />to fill an opening with a reputable, well-established and industry leading company and employer of choice located in Jacksonville, Arkansas.<br /><br />Requirements for the Financial Analyst<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance<br /><br />0-2 years of manufacturing accounting experience<br /><br />Good understanding of financial (ERP) systems<br /><br />Experienced with inventory costing, job costing or (WIP) accounting<br /><br />Benefits of the Financial Analyst<br /><br />Excellent salary + an annual bonus<br /><br />Opportunity for future promotion<br /><br />Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst<br /><br />Analyze production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.<br /><br />Track and report manufacturing variances (price, usage, volume, and efficiency).<br /><br />Support standard cost maintenance and cost roll‑ups.<br /><br />Assist in monitoring work‑in‑process (WIP) and inventory valuation.<br /><br />Support annual operating budgets and rolling forecasts for production departments.<br /><br />Compare actual results to budget/forecast and explain variances.<br /><br />Assist with production capacity and cost projections.<br /><br />Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards for production leadership.<br /><br />Support month‑end close activities related to production accounting.<br /><br />Ensure accuracy of production financial data in ERP and reporting systems.<br /><br />Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to understand cost drivers.<br /><br />Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost improvement.<br /><br />Support continuous improvement initiatives with data‑driven analysis.<br /><br />Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.<br /><br />Support audits and documentation related to production costs and inventory.<br /><br />Engage in Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.<br /><br />Email your resume to<br /><br />[email protected] .<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
