If you love accountability, embrace challenge, and want to make a real difference, you’ll fit right in.<br /><br />We’d love you to be part of our journey.<br /><br />As a Designer at Compare the Market, you’ll play a key role in defining and delivering high-quality email design, creating work that is both beautifully crafted and built to perform.<br /><br />Working closely with marketing teams, you’ll translate briefs into effective, on-brand creative, balancing storytelling, usability and technical constraints to deliver experiences that stand out in the inbox.<br /><br />You’ll also help evolve how we design at scale, contributing to the development of email design systems, templates and best practices that improve consistency, speed and quality across all communications.<br /><br />Some Of The Great Things You’ll Be Doing<br /><br />Design and deliver visually engaging, high-performing email campaigns and templates<br /><br />Own the end-to-end email design process, from concept and wireframes through to final build-ready assets<br /><br />Develop and maintain the email design system in Figma, establishing standards and scalable components<br /><br />Translate briefs into clear, effective, on-brand creative solutions<br /><br />Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing and development teams to support implementation<br /><br />Support A/B testing and optimisation, using performance data to refine and improve work<br /><br />Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and optimised across devices and email clients<br /><br />Stay up to date with email design trends, tools and best practice<br /><br />What We’d Like To See From You<br /><br />Experience designing high-quality email and CRM creative within a marketing or digital environment<br /><br />Strong expertise in Figma, including working with design systems and scalable templates<br /><br />Good working knowledge of responsive email design, across devices, screen sizes and clients<br /><br />Understanding of email marketing best practice, including accessibility and deliverability<br /><br />Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, and how designs are implemented<br /><br />A strong eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of design craft<br /><br />Confidence collaborating with stakeholders and presenting work clearly<br /><br />A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work at pace<br /><br />A portfolio showcasing high-quality email design and measurable impact<br /><br />Why Compare the Market?<br />We’re a business built for pace and performance.
