The representative will handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, email, and in person, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance in at least two languages. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, processing basic service requests, and documenting interactions in internal systems. The role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and escalating complex concerns when needed. The representative will also support routine administrative tasks, follow established procedures, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Strong background in customer-facing roles, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and familiarity with general Customer Service practices.<br /><br />Proven ability to provide effective Customer Support while maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.<br /><br />Demonstrated focus on enhancing the overall Customer Experience through clear communication and problem resolution.<br /><br />Fluency in English and Mandarin.<br /><br />Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and conflict-resolution abilities.<br /><br />Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and using basic office and customer service software.<br /><br />Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.<br /><br />College graduate or equivalent required.<br /><br />Previous experience serving customers in the New York City area or in similarly diverse communities is beneficial.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
