Graphic Designer / Marketing

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the decorated apparel industry. This role combines graphic design, prepress production, and marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate understands the technical requirements of digital printing, screen printing, and embroidery, and can also develop and execute marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and generate leads.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Graphic Design &amp; Prepress Production<br /><br />Prepare and separate files for screen printing (spot color separations, halftones, trapping, etc.)<br /><br />Digitize logos and artwork for embroidery using Wilcom<br /><br />Ensure proper file setup including resolution, color modes, vector formatting, and print specifications<br /><br />Create mockups and proofs for client approvals<br /><br />Work closely with production staff to ensure artwork prints accurately and efficiently<br /><br />Maintain organized file structures and job archives<br /><br />Marketing &amp; Brand Management<br /><br />Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company<br /><br />Manage X (formerly Twitter) presence<br /><br />Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar<br /><br />Create promotional graphics, email campaigns, flyers, and digital ads<br /><br />Update and maintain the company website (graphics, product pages, blog posts, promotions)<br /><br />Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly<br /><br />Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms<br /><br />Required Skills &amp; Experience<br /><br />Industry Experience: 2+ years’ experience in the decorated apparel industry<br /><br />Strong understanding of:<br /><br />Digital garment printing workflows<br /><br />Embroidery production and digitizing<br /><br />Software Proficiency:<br /><br />Adobe Illustrator (advanced level)<br /><br />Adobe Photoshop (advanced level)<br /><br />Wilcom Embroidery Studio (digitizing and editing)<br /><br />Technical Knowledge:<br /><br />Vector artwork creation and editing<br /><br />Color separations for screen printing<br /><br />Understanding of garment decoration limitations and best practices<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
