Description

The Full Stack Developer III builds and supports applications, integrations, and digital tools that enable PBK’s Architecture vertical and broader AEC operations. This role partners closely with architects, engineers, corporate stakeholders, business leaders, and IT/Security teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that improve project delivery, data access, automation, and user experience. The Full Stack Developer III brings strong front‑end and back‑end experience, practical cloud delivery skills, and the ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve engineering efficiency without compromising quality, security, or reliability.<br />Your Impact<br /><br />Design, build, test, deploy, and support full‑stack applications aligned with AEC workflows, including project delivery, design collaboration, operational automation, and data access.<br />Develop API‑first back‑end services and integrations across enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, DeltekVantagepoint, AutodeskForma, data management services, and related business systems.<br />Deliver modern front‑end experiences using React, TypeScript, or comparable frameworks with attention to performance, accessibility, and high‑end user experience.<br />Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to define requirements, shape user experience, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.<br />Implement secure authentication, authorization, development, and compliance practices in close coordination with IT/Security teams.<br />Own CI/CD, release processes, deployment pipelines, and environment promotion using GitHub Enterprise, AzureDevOps, or similar platforms.<br />Support production services through logging, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.<br />Use AI‑assisted development tools responsibly, including coding copilots, test generation, documentation automation, and AI service integrations where appropriate.<br />Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, code reviews, and pragmatic development practices.<br />Mentor developers and support team members through technical guidance, documentation, and collaborative problem‑solving.<br />Here’s What You’ll Need<br /><br />7+ years of professional full‑stack development experience delivering production applications end‑to‑end.<br />Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant experience, certifications, or training that demonstrates comparable expertise may be considered in lieu of a degree.<br />Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or comparable front‑end frameworks.<br />Strong back‑end development experience using Node.js, .NET/C#, Python, or similar technologies, with REST API design experience.<br />Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware patterns, and cross‑platform data workflows.<br />Hands‑on experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including app hosting, identity, storage, and basic networking concepts.<br />Practical SDLC discipline, including version control, pull request workflows, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and maintainable code practices.<br />Experience supporting production systems and improving reliability, performance, scalability, and security.<br />Comfort using AI tools to accelerate engineering work while maintaining quality and security standards.<br />Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical solutions and AEC business needs.<br />Self‑starter with strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to design solutions that are supportable, secure, and resilient.<br />Here’s How You’ll Stand Out<br /><br />Experience with Autodesk ecosystem integrations, AutodeskForma, data management services, or AEC project delivery data.<br />Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, DeltekVantagepoint, Microsoft365, GraphAPI, SharePoint, or similar systems.<br />Familiarity with containerization, Docker, cloud‑native patterns, observability tools, and scalable application architecture.<br />Experience with AzureMonitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, performance tuning, or secure cloud application delivery.<br />Relevant certification such as Azure Developer Associate or equivalent practical experience.<br />Agile and delivery‑oriented approach with the ability to ship iteratively with high quality in a fast‑changing technology landscape.<br />Customer‑minded approach with a focus on outcomes for architects, engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders.<br />High standards for reliability, security, maintainability, and craftsmanship.<br />Why Join Us?<br /><br />PBK offers the best of both worlds: the energy of a growing regional office with the stability of an established national firm.
