You will work within a DevSecOps/Agile framework to develop secure, accessible, and high-quality software solutions, participate in code reviews and testing, and support the sustained availability of mission-critical government applications.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs for a federal government client<br />• Work within DevSecOps/Agile framework across the full SDLC<br />• Build and maintain front-end and back-end components following Section 508 and U.S. Web Design Standards<br />• Perform code reviews, code scans, and vulnerability remediation using Fortify and Sonatype<br />• Develop and maintain technical documentation and code documentation<br />• Support integration with web content management systems and public-facing web portals<br />• Develop and manage application-level POA&amp;Ms for identified vulnerabilities<br />• Participate in requirements analysis and UI/UX wireframe design<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />U.S. Citizenship require<br />Security Clearance:<br /><br />minimum T3 required<br />Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field<br />Minimum 5 years of full-stack or application development experience<br />Proficiency in Java, HTML5, PHP, or equivalent languages<br />Experience with RESTful APIs and service integration patterns<br />Working knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps methodologies<br />Familiarity with secure coding practices and static analysis tools<br />Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br />• Oracle APEX experience<br />• Experience with SAST/DAST tools (Fortify, Sonatype, BurpSuite)<br />• Cloud-hosted development environment experience<br />• Federal government or DoD application development background<br /><br />Certifications<br />• Security+ or DoD 8570 baseline a plus
