Overview<br /><br />Lead Recruiting &amp; Staffing Professional at Amerit Consulting<br />Location:<br /><br />Bronx, NY<br />Duration:<br /><br />6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!<br />Pay rate:<br /><br />$24/hr on W2<br />Note<br /><br />Hybrid role . Training will be onsite<br />Work Schedule:<br /><br />M-F, possibility for Saturday | 7am - 3:30pm (40 hours/week)<br />Over-time: Yes, not mandatory but optional<br />Industry Background: Customer Service - Call Center Experience - Utilities<br />Job Description<br /><br />High School Diploma or GED<br />Receive calls from customers and schedule appointments for the Gas Service Line Inspection (SLI) and Natural Gas Detector (NGD) programs using various systems.<br />Proactively make calls to customers and schedule appointments for SLI and NGD using various systems.<br />Perform a high volume of administrative work pertaining to job records.<br />Provide any and all data corrections, including but not limited to creating new tickets, cancelling tickets, modifying addresses, records as needed, reconciling pictures to inspection/installations, etc) on the work completed using various systems.<br />Utilize various internal and external systems to reconcile any discrepancies regarding records.<br />Research and resolve billing issues related to fines for failure to complete inspections.<br />Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Must have technical or professional skills:<br />Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook<br />Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments.<br />Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.<br />Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.<br />Ability to multi-task<br />Bi-Lingual in Spanish<br />Analytical Skills<br />Call Center Support<br />Soft Skills<br /><br />Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday<br />Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday<br />Prolonged sitting while answering phones at a computer terminal for the majority of the workday required.<br />Contact<br /><br />GURJANT "GARY" SINGH | LEAD RECRUITER<br />Office 925-297-5994<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
