Description
We're looking for a Fire Protection Designer who's ready to take on more complex projects and more ownership. You're hungry to grow into bigger scope, deeper client relationships, and eventually a leadership path if that's the direction you want to take.<br /><br />What You'll Be Doing<br /><br />Design fire protection systems in AutoCAD, HydraCAD, HydraCALC, and HydraLIST, taking on projects with real complexity<br /><br />Build hydraulic calculations and job specifications that hold up<br /><br />Keep projects on track and on timeline, working independently more than you have before<br /><br />Partner with Project Managers on cost estimation, budgets, and margins<br /><br />Get out to job sites to scope projects from the ground up<br /><br />Solve design problems as they come up, because they always do<br /><br />Lead coordination meetings, sometimes solo<br /><br />Mentor our Fire Protection Designer I team members when they've got questions<br /><br />Be a go to resource for our Sprinkler Fitters in the field<br /><br />Our Culture<br />We believe in being humble, hungry, and smart, not as a poster on the wall, but as how we actually work.
