Video Support Specialist

One of our clients in the government domain is seeking a Video Support Specialist who is highly skilled in processing and scheduling videoconference requests and managing other issues via telephone and email using Microsoft Office 365, with experience with Polycom RMX, Resource Manager, and endpoints.<br /><br />Video Support Specialist<br />Onsite<br />London, Ohio<br />Long Term<br />Education<br /><br />Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years<br /><br />Key Skills<br /><br />Process and schedule videoconference requests and manage other issues via telephone and email. Last year we scheduled over 12,000 conferences.<br /><br />Assist with day-to-day management of videoconferencing operations for our multisite videoconferencing network.<br /><br />Use professional written and oral communication.<br /><br />Work successfully across multiple teams.<br /><br />Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks.<br /><br />Support conference room meetings, point-to-point and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences.<br /><br />Prefer experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints.<br /><br />Provide limited audio/video support for management off-site activities.<br /><br />Maintain strict confidentiality for all videoconferencing activities.<br /><br />Report operational and technical issues to managers.<br /><br />Highly desired Skills:<br /><br />Experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints.<br /><br />Required Skills:<br /><br />College degree 4 years.<br /><br />Use professional written and oral communication.<br /><br />Work successfully across multiple teams.<br /><br />Skills :<br /><br />Videoconference Support &amp; Scheduling,Microsoft Office 365<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
