This is a unique opportunity to be the first customer service team member in our NYC office, playing a key role in building strong customer relationships and supporting our expansion in the American market.<br /><br />In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with Db at every step of their journey.
